Sun (Surya)





Sun is a Male Planet and has honey colored eyes, bright skin, square body, and scanty hair on his head. He is intelligent, has clean habits, and bilious. 

Even though Sun is considered as a Natural Malefic, it is extremely auspicious. Good leaders, doctors, judges, etc should have a powerful Sun in their natal charts. It is a single most planet that has the ability to make even a most powerful planet go completely powerless, i.e. when in close conjunction with the planet it can burn that planet (combustion) and decrease its strength.

Other Remedial Measures:
  • Offer water to rising Sun everyday
  • Donate Jaggery or Wheat or Copper on Sunday
